Since its founding in 1990 by Michael Fromm, MAF Architects has provided high-quality architectural design and construction management services to a wide array of residential and commercial clients. We are appreciative of each project and proud that the majority of new projects come from repeat clients and their referrals, a testament to the strong and successful relationships that are the foundation of our company.

Michael and his team follow a client-centered design approach that values listening and open communication throughout every phase of the project, resulting in a creative and thoughtful response to our client’s aspirations and goals. We pride ourselves on an unwavering commitment to detail and quality, and through decades of experience a keen ability to balance aesthetics, function, budget and schedule. You can expect to receive Michael’s personal stewardship throughout the entire process.

Individually and as a company, we strive to make a positive impact in our community working with local foundations, charities and non-profit organizations. Through volunteer efforts and dollar contributions, we support multiple organizations including, among others, the Boys and Girls Club, the Social Enterprise Institute and homes with hope.

Michael A. Fromm

Founder & Principal

Michael began his architectural career in Houston working for a mid-sized firm specializing in corporate interior, residential, and light retail design. He then spent three years as an in-house consultant to Merrill Lynch & Co., coordinating the reorganization and relocation of nearly two million square feet of office space in Manhattan. In 1990, Michael established MAF Architects with the commitment to provide the highest level of design, project management, and personal service to his clients. He and his team have kept that commitment for three decades on more than 1,500 projects for a loyal and growing client base.
